
Robin Blackmore has spent over 20 years coaching people in consciously choosing the content and actively designing the context for the conversations they need to have. His clients have developed powerful skills in articulation and presentation for use in their professional and personal lives. Robin's career in the police force, including several periods as a chief officer, brought him face to face with an extraordinary range of ability within the community multiplied by age and cultural background. His belief in the value of each person’s contribution and the desire to include them in decision making fuelled his passion for coaching and personal development in this unique field.

A passionate supporter of education, Robin has invested substantially in the education sector. From 1995 – 1997 he held the post of Additional Governor at a large grant maintained school: A special appointment by the Secretary of State of Education and Employment. He continues to work with young people, their teachers and governors including pro bono.
Robin is currently developing and delivering a range of unique courses and works closely with associates offering sympathetic skills and insights.
